Due to convention, interfaces should not have TikTok name inside, but they should have prefix Live instead

Browse Source 
- rename TikTokMapper to LiveMapper
- rename TikTokLiveMapperHelper to LiveMapperHelper

Create interface:
LiveEventsHandler for TikTokLiveEventHandler
LiveMessagesHandler for TikTokLiveMessageHandler
