incoming gifts in switch

     onRoomMessage -> onRoom
     onLinkMessage -> onLink
     onBarrageMessage -> onBarrage
     onPollMessage -> onPoll
     onShopMessage -> onShop
     onDetectMessage -> onDetect

`GiftManager`
   added:
      registerGift
      findById
      findByName
      getGifts
   removed:
      getActiveGifts
