Updated to 1.8 using Spigot's CraftBukkit release. Did some cursory testing, everything seems to be working fine.

I've already done the 1.8 migration work as well, but I'm reworking a lot of the internal logic to clear things up and behave more like the new minecraft stuff.

I'll pull this in first and merge my side later. Thanks for the good work!
