What's happening

Running /give to players does not work and it says command disabled by RealTimeWeather

What's supposed to happen

Command should not be interfered by the weather plugin

On further analysis it looks like running /give on items with "WEATHER" in their name is the issue???

This made me laugh for a lil moment I'm now trying to figure out how the plugin may have interfered that way

(For example /give ykzodiac minecraft:waxed_weathered_cut_copper_stairs 3000)

Whoops...

I know exactly why this is happening. It looks like RTW cancels ANY command with weather in it. I'm surprised this bug has gone so long without me (or someone else) noticing it. I'll get it fixed.
