  Changed the way the system uses Timers to be less resource hungry.
  Fixed the Start up problem in the setup.

  IGNORE WINDOWS DEFENDER LIEING TO USERS.
  This is not a Wacatac Virus at all both the zip file and the setup have been scanned by Virus Total no one reports it as Wacatac but there are 3 fucking useless not fit for purposes AI AV's libelling my work :

  All 3 of the flagging system on the Setup file are from AI's clearly there AI Developer are not fit to work on AI's when they can remove a bias because a setup file uses Inno Setup and are a disgrace to the AI industry.
