Addresses https://github.com/lishid/OpenInv/issues/51

This updates the plugin to 1.11. I've tested this quite a bit, but I strongly suggest testing this thoroughly yourself. Mojang's change to empty ItemStacks required rather drastic changes to this plugin, and I may not know enough about it to test everything =)
